LEEWARD House is a great place to relax, having a large ocean view verandah, beautiful gardens and its own private pool. Overlooking the grazing grounds of the old Round Hill Estate and the stretch of water between Nevis and St Kitts known at The Narrows, the property has a collection of palms - lovingly tended by gardener Chad Weekes - framing one of the best views on the island. The sun-filled house is nicely designed and decorated in the plantation style, the spacious great room and the other rooms having vaulted ceilings. There are two large bedrooms and a study that together accommodate up to five adults. A cot is available. |
 The master bedroom has a king-sized bed and a bathroom with a tub and hand-held shower. The guest bedroom has twin beds and a bathroom with a shower. The bedrooms and the study, which has a day bed, are all air conditioned, as is the well-equipped kitchen.
